His work spans from international cultural programs
to corporate conferences and live productions.
He produces experiences
that connect culture, space, and people across borders.
In music, he has served as executive producer
on over 20 albums.
Notable work includes Clémentine’s
“Animentine” (a major hit with over 200,000 copies sold).
He has led the production and direction of concerts
across various venues.

手がけ、空間・パフォーマンス・配信を統合した体験設計を
強みとする。
国際文化事業から商業イベントまで、
幅広い領域でプロジェクトを推進している。

音楽分野では、20作品以上のアルバムにおいて
エグゼクティブプロデューサーを務める。

Loumi Kawai
Music Producer / International Cultural Coordinator
Music producer with a long-standing career
in French music and cultural exchange since the 1990s.
Served as Chief Manager for Clémentine,
while introducing leading French artists to Japan,
including Carla Bruni and Sylvie Vartan.
Also coordinates international projects,
supporting Japanese artists performing in Europe
and facilitating cultural exchange between France and Japan.
Recipient of the Francophonie Award
(Médaille d’Or) by La Renaissance Française.

河井 留美
音楽プロデューサー/ 国際文化コーディネーター
1990年代よりフランス音楽および文化交流に携わる。
クレモンティーヌのチーフマネージャーを務め、
カーラ・ブルーニ、シルヴィ・ヴァルタンなど、
フランスを代表するアーティストを日本に紹介。
また、日本人アーティストのヨーロッパ公演の
コーディネートをはじめ、
日仏間の文化プロジェクトを多数手がけている。
